She was born and raised in Coimbatore and has completed her B.Tech IT from Anna University, as well as a post-graduation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Passionate about alternate medicine and yoga therapy, she has completed an MD in Acupuncture and Sujok Therapy, and an M.Sc in Yoga Therapy from Tamil Nadu Sports Engineering College in Chennai.
Padma has also completed various international certifications such as 500 TTC, 200 TTC, and 50 TTC of Arial Yoga with Yoga Alliance and specialized in 121 therapy, adults, and kids yoga sessions online and offline. She has visited several retreats and conducted research in Aadhi Yoga, Rishikesh. At present, Padma runs multiple yoga batches in India and other places like California, US, Sweden, and Singapore. She also provides 1 on 1 individual therapeutic consultation for specific ailments across the country.

Her husband, the Director of Light and Wonder India Operations, has been her greatest support.
