Our India or 'Sindhu' (Sanskrit name referred to River Indus) defined by its rich unparalleled Culture, Spiritual, Natural Heritage, Spirit, Knowledge, Traditions & History since 1000 years.


The realization and inclination in recent years towards Value-Added Education is happening in Pedagogy & Schooling, along with the assimilation of Western Ideologies, Technology, Progressive approaches, Multilingualism, Modernization, we growing globally in a Diversifying way setting the Exemplar. We acquiring knowledge from the world around, changing for better in course of action & with time. An unbar perspective of looking into life, to build opinions, view things in life in unfolded ways is happening.


The 'Value-added Education' reflects a person's persona with social values from childhood, if we instill this from Home and in the formative years of Pedagogy. While Exchanging views on Educational Values in early years of Development, we must not forget about the Ideologies of our Two Eminent Icons, Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore and Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Theirs' principles always placed a major impact in the Malleable years of Development, in a Child.


Mahatma Gandhi's ideology is greatly emphasized on 3'H's, they are, HEAD, HEART & HANDS.

Head : Head involves, query & exploration based learning. Children should be allow to question and quench on different information we feed on them constantly, along with alertness in mind, constant curiosity, cultivate contemplation, reflection & build resilience.

Heart : Heart involves learning by Compassion, absorbing & instilling the values we teach children on life. Children feel safe and valued, can connect to their community, empowered and encourage taking positive action to help, trust on their choices & have faith, strength in the behest you make to them.


Hands : Hands involves in Hands-on-learning activities / kinesthetic learning, where a Child engages his hands, fingers besides his sense organs that helps in stimulating brain functions (as per Neuro-science). It allows students to experiment with trial & error, learn from their mistakes, increased retention, understands the gaps between theory and practice.

Rabindranath Tagore,

The multitalented personality, polymath, Poet & Artist with great desire to learn new things & envisages the learning values both from East & West. He taught the World, almost 100 years back, by teaching & learning with Nature, freedom of learning Philosophy, special attention to natural phenomena, seasons, festivals, co-relation of Human-Nature-Animals by free, innovative, creative conception, developing curious mind, a child must choose his interests level. The fundamental Principles in Tagore's Educational philosophy were Naturalism, Humanism, Internationalism & Idealism of learning from Nature, Music & Life. He believed in giving Children the freedom of expression.

From a Pre-school, a Child begins to see themselves as an 'Individual'. We owe it our Children to give them a dignified and hopeful future. Last not least, to inculcate them on Respect & Reverence to our Guru or Teacher, Thanking & showing Gratitude for the mentorship in Life.
