Shajitha Rafi started her profession at the age of 23 with only 15 children in her first class, but the number climbed year after year until it reached 150. She won the Best Teacher Award from the Tamil Nadu Nursery Primary and Higher Secondary School Association. For her hard work, she has garnered various prizes and accolades. She is a strong woman who stands alone and has surmounted every challenge in her path.
She has overcome various financial and personal obstacles and never given up... She is still employed, and when one of her staff becomes ill, she will take on any task....
Whenever she was admitted, she used to donate extra to orphans and orphanages.
She is the proud recipient of the Twell national magazine's South India Business Awards for 2021 under the category of the Best Pre School in Mettupalayam.
